2) Clean & Jerk 20×1 EMOM

Notes: Start at 80%. Add load after no fewer than two, no more than four good lifts.


1) 3 rounds, not for time:
25′ Hollow Pike Drag-Up
5 Pullovers
30 second Ring Plank

2) 8 minutes volume accumulation:
3 bar muscle-ups
5 strict chest-to-bar pullups
7 kipping pullups

Notes: Sets need not be unbroken. Focus on maintaining good mechanics and a strong hollow position.

21 walking lunges
7 squat snatches, 155#/105#
18 double unders
18 walking lunges
6 squat snatches
15 double unders
15 walking lunges
5 squat snatches
12 double unders
12 walking lunges
